White House Down (2013)
Hi guys, in this occasion I will tell you about a movie with the tittle "White House Down (2013)".
The story revolves around John Cale (Channing Tatum) a Capitol Policeman who is forced to suppress his dream of joining a secret team to protect the President. The news was delivered directly by Special Agent Carol Finnerty (Maggie Gyllenhaal) who stated that Cale was not worthy of the position after studying the widower's past record of one child.
In order not to disappoint his daughter, Emily (Joel King), Cale takes his daughter to visit the White House. During a break from a tour with other tourists, the two suddenly separate when a group of armed paramilitaries arrives and sabotages the site.
While trying to find his daughter, Cale meets President James Sawyer (Jamie Foxx) whose life is in danger. Remembering the main goal, Cale also chose to save the President's life first even though things didn't get easy afterwards.
During the first 30 minutes, we will be invited to get acquainted with the characters in the film. After that, explosion after explosion began. Like the food in the previous films, Emmerich doesn't seem to have any trouble showing the ravages of the White House, which is set in Montreal.
Channing Tatum as usual managed to spread the charm. Chemistry with Joel King who played the role of his daughter was able to be processed well.
Of the many films that discuss the figure of the president of the superpower, only Sawyer is described as having a policy of withdrawing military forces in the Middle East.
Tatum and Foxx not only have to do various escape scenes but also interact like two people with the same fate. For this matter, the two actors managed to display it perfectly. Especially Foxx, who came out of the stereotype that the President is a rigid figure. That makes his chemistry with Tatum so fluid.
Hmm, I think it's enough from me. See you next time, guys.
Keep watching movies, and keep sharing.....
